Chemical and physical testing of all soils and irrigation water with interpretation, recommendations   Total lab test fees will depend on sample volume includes:

·         Greens “core” non disturbed sample testing

·         Particle size tests

·         Chemical soil test

·         Irrigation water quality

Turfgrass Management

• Guidance and assistance for the development of the best turfgrass maintenance practices based on a full evaluation of climate, agronomic, maintenance requirements, budgets, and architectural design. 
• Assist with providing training, information, planning, monitoring, and implementation of all recommendations

Administration and Management Review

• Maintenance operation scheduling and budgeting
• Maintenance equipment recommendations and introduction to the most efficient and useful equipment
• Maintenance facility review and suggestions
• Staffing size and requirements to meet objectives
• First year maintenance plan outline and monitoring

Construction Issues

• If necessary, advise on any course improvements, construction, drainage, sodding, etc.
• Visits to site to inspect progress and identify potential problems
• Design review, work with engineers, architects, owner .

Reports

• All visits include written reports
• Consulting includes email, follow-up, and continued support for 60 days after each visit
